Scope & acceptance
These Terms govern all use of Sukrutham websites, bookings, teleconsultations, in-clinic and inpatient services, sale of products and all communications.
By accessing or using any service, the Patient/Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Applicability (Indian & foreign nationals)
These Terms apply to Indian and foreign nationals. Foreign patients are responsible for visas, travel permissions, medical clearance and compliance costs.
Services offered
- Physical consultations, therapies and inpatient treatment (Calicut only)
- Online teleconsultations as per Indian Telemedicine Guidelines
- Sukruthajeeva pharmacy products
- Digital communications & notifications
Bookings, payments & billing
All bookings require advance payment. Final bills include consultation, procedures, medicines, consumables and applicable GST as per law.
Cancellation, postponement & refunds
- No cancellations / returns except as permitted by law
- Maximum two postponements allowed
- No refund for no-shows
- Inpatient services available only at Calicut
Limitation of liability
Medical outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Liability, where allowed by law, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.
Insurance & reimbursement
Insurance approval, reimbursement and claim settlement are governed by the insurer. Sukrutham cannot guarantee insurer acceptance.
Product sales & shipping
Products are non-returnable except for validated defects. Foreign customs, duties and currency losses are not refundable.
Teleconsultation rules
Teleconsultations comply with Indian Telemedicine Practice Guidelines including consent, records and prescription restrictions.
Notices & grievances
All complaints, billing queries or service escalations must be sent to the relevant branch email.
