Cancellation & Refund Policy governing appointments, treatments, inpatient services and product sales.

Effective date: November 27, 2025

This policy explains the rules that apply to cancellations, postponements, no-shows and refunds for appointments, treatments and product sales.

1.

Appointments

  • Booking & advance payments: All appointments require advance payment to confirm the slot.
  • Postponement policy: Up to two postponements allowed with written request at least 24 hours prior. Subject to availability.
  • Cancellation by patient: Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable except where mandated by law.
  • No-show: Failure to attend without approved postponement results in forfeiture.

Inpatient admissions

Inpatient admissions are available only at the Calicut facility. Pre-admission deposits and packages are non-refundable except where mandated by law or cancelled by Sukrutham.

3.

Online consultations

  • Teleconsultations may be postponed up to two times.
  • If Sukrutham cancels, an alternate slot or refund may be offered.
  • Completed clinical consultations are generally non-refundable.
4.

Product orders (Sukruthajeeva)

  • Products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable except for defects.
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
  • International duties, customs issues and currency losses are not refundable.
5.

Refund procedure

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on banks/payment gateways. No interest is payable.

6.

Statutory rights

These policies do not limit rights available under Indian consumer laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
